tERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me for custom artwork, you agree to the terms of service outlined below:1. GENERAL TOS- You may use the commission as a profile image, emote (Twitch, Discord, etc), banner, character sheet, etc without credit so long as it is for personal use. I do not require credit for use.- You may not use the commission as a means for monetary gain, and absolutely do not use my work as an NFT or to benefit anything related to Artificial Intelligence (AI). Please do not create prints or merchandise for profit/resale.- I WILL NOT DRAW NSFW or real-life people (unless it is a gift for the client, a client's friend, a family member, etc) and reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any commission that makes me uncomfortable.2. PAYMENT- I accept payment upfront through Paypal, Cash App, or Venmo
- Refunds will be issued as follows:
Not started = 100%
Sketch = 70%
Flat colors/lines = 30%
Full render = 0%
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- If the client would like additional changes after payment, there may be an additional cost.
- If I cannot start your commission you will receive a full refund.3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY- The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week - 1 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.
- If anything comes up that will slow progress I will let you know asap.
- I offer sketch previews upon request only (excluding rendered style)
- Check the Trello queue for your commission's status at any time during the process4. RENDERED STYLE- You will get at least one sketch preview
- You will be allowed three revisions
- A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final render
- Please provide clear references and a detailed vision for your commission
